Proofing
The majority of proofs are produced and transmitted electronically. After amending your document, we email the proofs in PDF format to your nominated recipients (the “working party”) for redrafting. Documents can be password-protected for added security where required. This proofing process may take place over a number of stages as the transaction is finalised and you can change the intended recipients as many times as you wish over this proofing period.
Black only and colour digital printing
Many financial documents consist of a great number of pages and yet increasingly only a small number of copies are required. Moreover beneficial economies of scale were only to be found on long print-runs, due to the costs of setting up a printing press. Now however digital printing has overcome this problem. The digital press can be programmed to produce the exact number of copies required, quickly and with excellent quality. This allows a longer proofing time to work on your documents because there is no need to make printing plates – the digital press directly accepts and prints from electronic files. We have the capability to customise your documents by pre-programming the press and as all documents are kept on file they can be recalled at a moment’s notice.
